3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up on viewings, valuations and orders.
• To complete a sale, trade-in or import order, including required transfer and registration paperwork.

4. WhatsApp enquiries

Many of our contact buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy; we only see the messages you choose to send us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example our hosting provider), with authorities where a vehicle transfer requires it, and where the law otherwise obliges us.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to a completed sale are kept as long as tax and transfer regulations require.
